Your 2026 CareSource plan stays in effect through December 31, 2026. Nothing changes for the rest of this plan year.
To stay covered in 2027 you will need to choose a new carrier during open enrollment, November 1 through December 15, 2026. Ohio still has other marketplace carriers available in every county.
